【購物需知】 1. 所有貨品之價值均以港幣計算,價值並以訂購當時所示為準。當客戶成功訂貨後,顧客必須於訂購貨品時支付有關款項,有關銀行或第三方貿易商用於處理信用卡交易通道發生故障時,本網站將不承擔任何責任。本網站會根據客戶所提供之資料提供服務。如因客戶提供錯誤資料或因任何非本網站所能控制之因素而影響訂購,本網站恕不負責。本網站保留該等貨品的所有權,直至貨品送抵給顧客,但若因顧客額外要求面而導致的任何損失, 本商店恕不負責。顧客將於收取貨品時收到購物收據以作記錄。 若選擇寄貨, 請注意所有郵寄風險(包括郵寄導致貨品延誤、損毀、遺失或意外盜竊等)必須由買方自行承擔, 我方一概恕不負責.如需我方證明已寄出貨品。客人於付款時請按訂單上的實際金額轉帳,如有多付將不設找續。 2. 所有訂單付款後,均不可取消、更換款式、顏色或尺碼,一般情況下均不設現金退款,特殊情況除外。 下單前客人有責任仔細核對訂單內容(包括:聯絡資料/送貨地址/貨品的顏色、尺寸及數量),一經提交後將不可取消、更改、分拆或合拼訂單,不設現金退款。 3. 已購商品在運送過程中損壞 本商店不會介入物流方之物品交收過程,及交收當中的任何損失,包括寄失及損壞。為確保安全送遞,Abundance Divine Love 建議你在確認收貨前需確保物件沒有損壞。 4. 閣下在購物時,已同意Abundance Divine Love 的送貨服務及收費條款。 【退貨需知】 1.產品缺陷 缺陷指產品出廠時已有的品質瑕疵,其他因錯誤使用、使用不當清潔方式等原因導致損壞,概不受理。 2.個人因素退換產品 若因產品未能如理想收貨時間、錯誤選擇、產品不合需求等個人原因,將不獲審批。 3. 退貨商品狀態必須為全新、無破損或污漬、未拆吊牌(如有)、包裝完好、如以上任何狀態不一,將不獲受理。 4. 產品必須保留完整包裝、全新、未開封,包裝盒屬產品的一部份,退換時務必保持清潔,如已開封恕不受理。 5. 退貨商品必需以順豐運費到付形式寄回或到交付,不作另行通知,如因此所產生的任何費用及風險,將由客人自行承擔。 如退貨商品以到付形式寄出,運費將直接於退貨購物金中扣減,不作另行通知。退貨商品之運費及寄失風險均須由客人自行承擔。本店會於確認後處理訂單,出貨時間及速度受眾多因素影響,本店只能提供預計出貨及到貨時間,實際需按速遞服務供應商為準。 6. 任何情況退換都不接受現金退款,只可作換貨或退回購物金安排。 請透過客服聯繫我們,其需附上產品照片、詳細損壞及使用情況,如一經確認,可選擇換貨或退款必需符合以上條件. 有效期為發送貨後起計7天,逾期將自動作廢,不作補發及不設現金退款。 【Purchase Notice】 1. Personal factors to return products If the product fails to meet the ideal delivery time, wrong selection, product does not meet the needs and other personal reasons, it will not be approved. 3. The returned merchandise must be in brand new condition, without damage or stains, without a hang tag (if any), and in good condition. If any of the above conditions are different, it will not be accepted. 4. The product must be kept in its complete packaging, brand new and unopened. The packaging box is a part of the product and must be kept clean when returning it. If it has been opened, it will not be accepted. 5. Returned goods must be returned or delivered in the form of SF Express freight collect, without prior notice, and any costs and risks arising therefrom will be borne by the customer. If the returned product is sent in the form of payment on delivery, the shipping fee will be deducted directly from the return purchase fee without further notice. The shipping cost and the risk of loss of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer. The store will process the order after confirmation. Cash refunds will not be accepted for returns under any circumstances, only for exchange or refund of shopping funds.
